Yueyang Baling Shihua Chemical & Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd., authorized by SINOPEC GROUP COMPANY, .is a large chemical and synthetic enterprise founded in Feb.2004, after the system reformation from the former Balin Shihua Co., Ltd , Chemical Fiber Factory.
Currently the company has 19 sets of production equipment with capacity of 80,000 tons. It has a total staff of more than 2,000, including 298 technicians. It is specializing in manufacturing three kinds of polyamide products including filament, shorts, and chips covering more than 30 types. It was approved ISO9002 Quality Certification.
As one of the earliest base to produce polyamide in China, it started to manufacture polyamide products series in 1970 and therefore accumulated rich experience and technology in this area. It has five lactam polymerization equipment with capacity of producing 50,000 tons high quality luster or mat chips with viscosity of 2.45-3.30, PA6 specially used for engineering plastic, BOPA for membrane, PA6/PA66 co polymerized chips, namo and transparent PA6 chip and other reinforcing, toughing and flame-resistant engineering plastics; it also has five sets of shorts apparatus including coarse denier, fine denier, and compound spinning devices which can produce 20,000 tons of all types of PA6 and PA66 shorts and filaments from 1.0D to 30D; It has two sets of filament production equipment with a capacity of 10, 000 tons of 10~180D/10~136F polyamide filament.
Located in Yueyang City, a historical and cultural city and also civilized clean modern one, it enjoys great advantages in water and land transportation and sound economic and human environment, with Dongting Lake to the south, Yangtze River to the north, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway , 107 National Highway , Beijing-Zhuhai express in its vicinity.
