| In 1987, senior engineer Dr. Shang Chengjie, an expert in anti-bacterial and hygienic agent, invented anti-bacterial finishing agent SCJ-875. Afterwards, SCJ-875 was modified and anti-bacterial finishing agent SCJ-877 was introduced in 1989. Later, in 1991, anti-bacterial finishing agent SCK was prepared. Finally, in 1996, anti-bacterial finishing agent SCJ-963 was successfully developed with the top quality in the world. This product has exceeded up-to-date international levels determined by the leadership and experts in the Public Health Department of the People's Republic of China, the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and the China Textile Engineering Association.
Using our patent anti-microbial and anti-odor technology, we developed and manufactured anti-microbial and anti-odor textile fabrics. It features durable, safe, highly efficient and extensive anti-bacterial properties, washability, as well as non-influence on whiteness, shade, strength, handling and permeability. The fabric covers cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester-cotton, acrylic and viscose . It can be applied to bed sheets, underwear, towels, hosiery, carpet, non-woven materials, shoe cloth, decorative fabric, and air filtration materials etc..
Based on testing and clinical practices by many authorized units(e.g. Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences). It has been proven that the textile fabric treated by SCJ-963 features obvious anti-bacteria, anti-inflammation, anti-odor, mildew proofing, relieves itching, has astringent functions, and can eradicate many bacterium and fungus including staphylococcus aureus, klebsiella pneumoniae, solmonella typhoisa, escherichia coli, psudomonas aeuginosa, bacillus subtilis, candida albicans, penicillium nuatum, aspergillus niger etc. The rate of bacterial inhibition can be retained up to 99.95% after 100 washes. The fabric treated with SCJ-963 features non-stimulation to the skin, non-allergic reactions and is non-toxic to the human body. The fabric can also effectively prevent infectious disease including trachoma, conjunctivitis, gonorrhea, vignettes, cervicitis, pelvic infection, prostatitis, respiratory apparatus infection etc. Furthermore, the fabric can provide prevention and cure of ringworm of the foot, eczema, odor from sweat, foot odor, and skin itches etc..
